With the building sector responsible for 42% total CO2 emissions (UN Report, 2021), the signing of the Paris Climate Agreement and 2021 being a record year for climate tech investment, with $32B raised (London & Partners, dealrom.co, 2021) so far, this is the right momentum to invest in innovation efforts related to climate tech.
